INGREDIENTS
1 peeled and thinly shredded carrot
1/2 tsp granulated sugar
juice of 2 limes
2 minced red chillies
2 peeled and minced garlic cloves
5 tbsp water
1 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tbsp fish sauce
METHOD
- In a small mixing bowl, dissolve the sugar in the lime juice.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
- Serve.
Nuoc Cham can be kept refrigerated, covered, for up to 3 days.
