Nuoc Cham

NUOC CHAMINGREDIENTS
1 peeled and thinly shredded carrot
1/2 tsp granulated sugar
juice of 2 limes
2 minced red chillies
2 peeled and minced garlic cloves
5 tbsp water
1 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tbsp fish sauce

METHOD

  1. In a small mixing bowl, dissolve the sugar in the lime juice.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  3. Serve.

Nuoc Cham can be kept refrigerated, covered, for up to 3 days.
