INGREDIENTS
250g french beans
3 chopped garlic cloves
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp ghee
RECIPE
- Trim the beans and cut them diagonally.
- In a pan, on medium heat, put the ghee and add the garlic. Cook until light brown.
- Add the beans, stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Cover for 5 more minutes to let the natural juice of the beans cook the beans.
- Uncover, add the oyster sauce and cook for 2 more minutes.
